My baby likes this toy. He doesn't LOVE it like some others, but does enjoy playing with it occasionally. -- Baby likes, doesn't love, this toy.
My five month old loves this toy. He's been playing with it since he was about three months old. It's easy for him to grab and shake, and he loves chewing on the wooden balls at the end. This toy is a hand me down from my nephew and it still looks brand new. -- Baby's favorite toy

we thought this was really cool, but so far our 9-month old doesn't seem to agree. when he was younger he would chew on it a bit (but it's not very good for that! the squishiness meant he kept poking himself in the eye with it). but now he's really not interested in it at all. maybe if you have a very contemplative kid that likes to sit still, this might be good. my hubby and i find it pretty transfixing, but our son prefers things he can bang together or knock over. it is good for grabbing, but he seems to prefer the big oballs over this since they roll. oh well. -- i like it more than my kid does
