I bought this for our 17-month-old daughter for Christmas. She's just starting to ride it and get the hang of it. In another couple of months, it'll fit perfectly and she'll be tearing around the house. My 4-year-old son, who, at over three feet tall, is a tad on the long side for it, also enjoys it.
I was really looking for a non-plastic ride-on without pedals that would be easy to maneuver in the house and wouldn't be an eyesore. This is it; it's beautiful!
I put it together in 45 minutes on Christmas Eve with a screwdriver and the instructions. No problem.

My tiny grandaughter loves this 4 wheeler! She can't walk yet, but cruises on this repeatedly. It is stable, low to the ground and her legs do the work making them stronger for walking. I had purchased this trike several years back for 2 of my grandchildren. It has been used, abused, and still is usable and safe for a child. It also reminds one of a little antique. I have recently purchased one as a gift for my nephew's son beause I know how much fun my grandchildren had with it, and being low to the ground, makes it safe in case of falls. My 8-month-old daughter loves this bike. She is just starting to walk and she seems to really enjoy pushing this bike with her little feet. I love the retro look of this little bike. It's very easy to put together - took me less than 15 minutes. Very good toy -- Perfect toy for a toddler
This trike works as intended. It is stable and allowed our child to learn to walk. It is easy for her to get on and off and will even support the big brother when he gets on it. A little spendy but I think there will be many years of enjoyment. -- Stable trike
