The chair is beautiful, but was difficult to put together. The holes are a little off, and some of the angles weren't exactly right, but in the end, we were able to get it together, unlike the first chair we recieved. However, customer service was awesome and sent us the second chair right away, with no problems, so I would definitely do business with them again. -- Princess Rocking Chair
