My daughter has had this house for 2 years and it is perfect. The rooms are big enough for her furniture and her people. It is still in excellent condition after spills, crayons that wiped right off and other toddler type accidents. I love how it folds up since we are trying to sell our home and it fits right in the closet and then out again it comes.
