I know that cords shouldn't be too long to avoid choking... but the cord is so short it makes it really awkward to play. Its too hard to reach all the notes and if my baby holds the mallet with the wrong hand then he cant play a thing. -- Cord too short
Bought for a 17 month old child for Christmas. I think it is a neat, cute, reasonablly priced, basic toy that doesn't need batteries, doesn't have flashing lights, cheap video or horrible recorded music. -- Good basic toy
Such a great toy for a little one. My 10 month old loves banging on it and the sound is not annoying. I love playing with it too. Any baby would love this toy - simple, fun, and no batteries. What more could you ask for? -- Love this xylophone!!!
Essential item for your little one's toy box. I remember having one as a kid. I like the stick is attached to xylophone. The wheels are lame...but it works. -- Good for little ones
This xylophone is just like the one I had when I was a kid. I love giving my girls "retro" vintage toys that I played with. The sound is good, and they love the cord to pull it with. We also have the vintage pull along phone they came out with last year. Another classic. My only advice? Buy one of each of your kids so they don't fight over them. I bought 2...and now my life is much easier =). -- Love it!
